My Role – Prepare a Comparative Market Analysis to determine a listing price and a likely selling price of the property. Provide a Merchandising Analysis looking at your home as a buyer. Fully implement our home marketing system and closely monitor market conditions. I will also be handling all the details of the transaction through the closing.
Seller’s Role – Merchandise the home properly by preparing it for showings. Work with me to establish a competitive pricing strategy. Help facilitate showings and keep informational flyers on hand at the home.
Appointments, Showings and Security
When a buyer wants to tour your home their agents sets an appointment through our Showing Center where calls are answered 7 days a week with extended hours.
Easier appointments mean more showings. Plus, we know the agents and their clients who will view our listings. A agent survey is sent out to obtain feedback, which is vital as many sales are saved at this crucial step.
When An Offer Is Presented
When an offer to purchase is presented for your home, we will review every detail. An estimate of the Seller’s Net Proceeds will be prepared and an acceptable contract will be negotiated. We will also work through the inspection and appraisal process and the guide the transaction to a smooth closing.
